Do not take aspirin or any anti-inflammatory medication 5 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid Vitamin E, Fish Oil, Ginko Biloba, St Johns Wart, Ginseng, and Garlic a week to 10 days prior to your appointment as in rare cases they can cause excessive bleeding.
Eating pineapple or drinking pineapple juice a week prior to the appointment can help reduce bruising.
Arnica should be taken a week prior to the treatment to reduce bruising.
Do not have dental treatment two weeks before and after your filler appointment.

What are the post procedure instructions with Juvederm treatment?
