Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment that has been made with Face Hub Facial Aesthetics Clinic, we ask that you please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This will allow us to offer this appointment slot to another patient who may need it. Any appointment that is cancelled 24 hours prior, will not be subject to charge.

Please be aware that any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a charge of €50. This charge may also apply should you fail to attend your appointment without any notification to the practice.

Failing to attend two or more appointments with in the space of 12 months will lead to a minimum deposit of €50 which must be paid in advance to secure another appointment. This deposit will then be used as credit against any treatment. This payment can be made in the clinic by cash or card. Alternatively, this deposit can be paid by card over the phone. If this appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, this payment will be returned.
